Maryline opened her online studio ‘La Vie Yoga’ once she could no longer teach in person, in yoga studios in Colorado, due to the covid-19 pandemic. Her primary goal was to help people of any age and any background to practice Kaiut yoga from the comfort of their homes.
She began with a couple of students and today her practice counts 20 students located in different parts of the United States, including a couple of students from Europe.
The online setting has shown many benefits and the most important one has been to help students to cope with difficult times and remain physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy.
With this new model of teaching, Maryline has been able to build a group of students who look forward to practicing together each week.
